I'm Cory Archer, an L&D consultant based near Kansas City. I work with operations, HR, and learning leaders who need training to change a number: time to productivity, retention, audit findings, or cost per course among others.
I spent more than ten years building learning programs and the teams and systems behind them. I've been the instructional designer, the operations lead, the product owner, and the person negotiating contracts. I can set the strategy and also build the dashboard.
I've lived and worked in four countries and speak a little of four languages. When I'm not working, I'm usually travelling or fishing.
